Women to the World believes in the power of Literacy, the written word comprehended, throughout the developing world and at home. Effective Adult Literacy courses of study must be individually designed to meet the challenges facing the adult learner.

PALS INSTITUTE embraces Literacy from an "adult" point of view, with considerations for all the issues driving families to invest the time and energy for life-changing results.
